Bruce Berman

Bruce Berman is famous for his infomercials and radio commercials advertising his free book. All you pay is just $3.95 shipping and handling. This sounds like a great deal until you notice a $99.90 charge on your credit card statement. This is an unauthorized charge that will show up on your credit card even though you do not receive anything extra except for the free book.

After searching online, I have found that this appears to be fairly typical of the way Bruce Berman does business. It takes a little bit of effort and time to get a refund, but it is possible to get your money back. If Bruce Berman was ethical, he would have fixed this problem the first time it occurred.

His practices are highly unethical and a complete scam. Some people actually receive software and CD's with their book saying that they have 30 days to review it and then would be charged. However, the 30 days start from the time you order, not from the time you receive the package. I do not recommend Bruce Berman.
